How You Get Paid — by contribution
Compensation follows verified work, not a job title. Every closed project pays out on up to three contributions — and they stack.

Referral
You identified the business and introduced them to Ten Minute Website.
+10%
Participation
You stay in the project — discovery, presenting the concept, gathering feedback, joining the client's calls.
30%
Engineering
You perform the build — generating, refining, and shipping the client's site through the live build workflow.
Roles stack. One person can refer, participate in, and build the same project — earning up to 60% of the project revenue. The more of the craft you learn, the more of each deal you earn.
Residuals: the client's monthly residual follows the same 20 / +10 / 30 rates, earned each month through the client's monthly check-in meeting — 20% for the rep who gets the client into the meeting, +10% for the agent attending with full compliance, 30% for the engineer in the room tuning their system. The same rates apply to any additional work quoted and implemented.

Your contribution is paid on the project's build revenue, calculated per package. Example: refer and stay in a Professional project → 30% × $1,500 = $450. Do all three contributions on the same project → 60% × $1,500 = $900.
Engineering compensation requires demonstrated engineering work, verified by your mentor and the OS. Estimating tools and full rate tables live in the Commissions section of the Sales OS once you're invited.

The real outcome isn't a commission check — it's a portable, evidence-backed certification that proves you can do this work. Two professional tracks, each verified by real work, not coursework:
Agentic Front-End Developer
Discovery → build → front-end QA on real client sites. Your first certification.
Agentic Systems Engineer
Spec engineering, architecture, backend, automation, deployment — the whole machine.
Each certification carries a shareable verification page backed by the real deals and work behind it.
What is Free Agent status?
Free Agents are apprentices who are not yet assigned to a specific House — they are mentored directly by the TenMinuteWebsite team. Once reviewed and approved, you'll receive an invite link to activate your account and access the Sales OS and real projects. You can later be placed in a House.
